Purchased a leather couch January 2023. Was told that there was a 7-year warranty. It is sagging and when I wanted to get it repaired was told that the 7-year warranty was for frame only. There are only two senior adults in our home. Contacted the factory and they said that there was NOTHING that they could do. the cushions are not removable so I cannot even take them in to get them restuffed.

Was told by Ryan, he would fire everyone and offer the new crew 30 and hour. If you want great work environment this is not it. Also bought some furniture from there broke very easy

They have well built, beautiful and unique pieces, we love the designs. The staff are super cool and helpful also. Love what they have to offer from all sides!

Have 4 of the Neri stools. They are very attractive, well made and sturdy. Wood on the saddle seat is beautiful without flaws or splinters. Would definitely recommend these lovely stools.

Bought a couch from city liquidators (Porter international corner couch) ripped on bottom and interior point where connection happens. Had to staple back together..... Cheaply made. Weak on back of each side of couch. Would not recommend. Can't return to city liquidators, won't buy there again, ever!
