The worst experience ever John loveless claim consultant, and body shop manager Keith very unprofessional, they tell lies just to get you off the phone. Had my car over a month never offered a loaner car. Contacted Jason Clare than called back to my insurance company within 10 minutes they tell Me all of a sudden my car is ready.
auto body shop if awful like if i knew i would wait this long for someone to fix my car i woulda found the time to do it myself for cheaper .. highly do not recommend
They said it was a 14 day repair. Its been 2 months and my car is still at their shop. It was supposed to be out after a month which included the parts to arrive and the 14 day repair. I got like 4 updates and each update is to let me know the car will be done next week. And this has been going on for the past 4 weeks. My Truck was almost 10 weeks in for repair. This was the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion the shop seems to have problems with time and personal management.
