This man lied to my face. I’m almost 70 years old and he told me he was going to correct the problem. Everyone knows how tight it is with money when you’re on a budget. Taking advantage of elderly people is not OK Why would Keith do that to a person like me who has limited means and paying cash?
Even though I was only there to ask for some advice about my paint, Jonathan really took his time showed me all the options and ways I could fix my problem. Highly recommend!!!
The worst experience ever John loveless claim consultant, and body shop manager Keith very unprofessional, they tell lies just to get you off the phone. Had my car over a month never offered a loaner car. Contacted Jason Clare than called back to my insurance company within 10 minutes they tell Me all of a sudden my car is ready.
auto body shop if awful like if i knew i would wait this long for someone to fix my car i woulda found the time to do it myself for cheaper .. highly do not recommend
They said it was a 14 day repair. Its been 2 months and my car is still at their shop. It was supposed to be out after a month which included the parts to arrive and the 14 day repair. I got like 4 updates and each update is to let me know the car will be done next week. And this has been going on for the past 4 weeks.
