I have used them twice and they have exceeded my expectations both times. They are extremely professional and communicative. They understand the insurance game and move as quickly as they can. They are thorough and give you all the information to make the best decisions. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family! They also cleaned and made the car look better than new, inside and out!
Porters just completed the repairs on our Honda Pilot. They were so kind through the whole process. They called us with updates which was so reassuring. When we picked it up it looked beautiful! You would never have known it had been in a wreck. They told us to call them if there were any concerns once we drove it. Of course we have none. We appreciate them making this process as easy as possible. We went there several years ago when I hit a deer and their service has always been exceptional.
Porter's has had our business a few times over the last few years. They always go above and beyond. Bob Bennett takes care of everything for you and the crew are amazing at what they do. Porter's thoroughly explains the processes and keeps you informed of what the status is of your vehicle. We would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family. Service is EXCEPTIONAL!
