I stayed in Unit 4D of the Porter Apartments over the Summer of 2021. Great location. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, but in a charming historic building. I could actually see Philly's various 4th of July fireworks displays from the little French balcony. The landlords are great. Going out of their way to help me several times when I stayed there and once again, (with a misdelivered package) all these years later. Thank you both.

City charm, secure building, pet friendly, on-site laundry, responsive landlords - what more could you ask for! I loved the past 2 years at Porter Apartments and appreciated the level of care given to the building and individual tenants.
Having just moved back to the area after several years away for work, I was looking for an apartment for a year or so while I decided whether or not I wanted to stay in Lancaster. We take our apartment selections very seriously, and Porter checked off all the boxes! Loved living here - appreciated the kindness of management and quick attention to service/maintenance (thanks to Mustafa and BK!). The apartments were very beautiful (industrial chic, exposed painted brick), and very spacious.
