I enjoyed living here for a few years! Walkable neighborhood and close to anything you might need. The property managers are responsive and helpful. I have a large dog and it was nice to be able to rent an apartment without issues due to his size. The apartments are overall quiet and comfortable, with off street parking which is very convenient. A downside for me personally was not having in unit laundry but there was a clean laundromat style laundry room in the building which was convenient.

I lived here for 2 years no complaints very beautiful apartment fantastic view, property management is very tentative at all hours neighbors are very friendly overall highly recommended.

I was a tenant for several years and enjoyed my time on this property! The units are modestly sized but the open floor plan of the kitchen/living rooms make it feel spacious. The outside facing wall in the living room is painted brick, the floors are original hardwood (with some character) and the A/C ductwork is exposed. These are all nice features for someone looking for and "industrial" vibe in Lancaster. I enjoyed my 2 years here tremendously. My unit faced west, so I had fantastic sunset views and could enjoy some afternoon sunlight. The building management and maintenance teams were great. They communicated any important news, updates, or requests promptly and clearly. There were no unexpected issues, and the rent was not affected by any huge increase during a time when many other rental companies in the area would arbitrarily raise their prices with no added benefit.
