Very discouraging experience with Portante Clan.. they were sent out on State Farm’s behalf to evaluate my damages from hurricane Helene. Instead they waste 2 months of my time and mislead me with false information. Caleb telling me a 100% payout to it resulting in less than 15%. Months of back and forth between them and state farm. Would highly not recommend
Could not be happier with the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism from the Portane Clan! They were found by my insurance company for a leak from an upstairs bathroom into our kitchen. They arrived promptly and did the clean up/dry out and once all the estimates were completed they came back to finish the job. It looks fantastic! You would never know we had any issues. Thank you for the best experience!
Recently my basement flooded. My ins co gave me the # for Portane Clan Construction. Mike & Caleb came out right away on a Sunday & started putting heaters & fans to dry it out. Caleb then oversaw the removal of sheetrock & flooring. In four days they had replaced sheetrock painted walls & put in new floors. They were punctual, professional, friendly and gave me a very good price. I was extremely pleased with their work & I highly recommend them.
