Management sucks is never on top of anything. There Has been holes in my walls from a hot water leak that happened two or three months ago and the hole still have not been repaired. They are not consistent on being sprayed for bugs And just overall not consistent with anything that needs to be fixed in your apartment. Management is never on site and it is impossible to get a hold of somebody. Don’t waste your money coming here!!!
The complex manager was great at first when I was getting moved in, but ever since, she has been non-existent and ignores my messages. There have been problems with the "new" apartment such as dirty, stained cabinets, cockroaches, looks like someone just slapped paint on the walls, bathroom was dirty, old, outdated kitchen cabinets won't close, I had to tape it shut, worst of all, the air conditioning sucks, it's not cool at all. Would not recommend this place I lived for a couple years as far as living there let's see Lots homeless people out front nobody picking up dog poop in the dog park elevator constantly breaking down apartment was clean but roaches everywhere they have a gated parking lot yet you still have my car stolen from it and overpriced this is why I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
I miss when Rhino was managing this property. Since this new property management (Chamberlin + Associates) took over two months ago, this place has gotten so bad. The elevator has been down more often than it has worked, the gates being broken, and the constant smell of dog poop. This is supposed to be a secure apartment complex because of the gates and doors, but with the gates broken halfway open or fully open and people leaving the doors open constantly, it's not secure at all.
