I miss when Rhino was managing this property. Since this new property management (Chamberlin + Associates) took over two months ago, this place has gotten so bad. The elevator has been down more often than it has worked, the gates being broken, and the constant smell of dog poop. This is supposed to be a secure apartment complex because of the gates and doors, but with the gates broken halfway open or fully open and people leaving the doors open constantly, it's not secure at all. Since the new property management company took over about two months ago, there has been a complete lack of communication. The phone number listed is disconnected, their email addresses come back as undeliverable and the only ways to reach these people are to go to the person in the office, if they're even there, or file a maintenance request. I just moved in December. I love the new management company. They are so friendly and accommodating.
Lucas is the on site property manager and he was quick to pick up and help with my questions. Very friendly and helpful.
