No AC, Bed Bugs/Roach infested, No hot water for laundry. Deeply sad because I used to love it here. New owners decided to go over to flat rate utilities- now the AC blows out hot cigarette smelling air. I had to go buy an AC unit of my own so my pet doesn’t overheat. I got bed bugs and cleanup was hard because the washer doesn’t work with hot water. I also had water leak from the ceiling in my bathroom- I requested maintenance for that multiple times and it was ‘marked complete’ without a phone call or anything.

This apartment complex is nasty and disgusting because some residents have become dirty that they throw food over their balconies and management doesn’t do anything about it. Management has the capability to send a mass message to all residents to warn us not to be throwing food if we are throwing food over balconies and nothing has been said or done. The property is always clean, the maintenance guy is a very nice guy, I had a leak on my apartment like at 12pm and still came here to my apartment and fixed it. Juan is also a very nice guy that is also always on top of everything. I 100% recommend.
I used to live here recently moved, and it was great, the maintenance was always here in my apartment when I had an issue. Juan was always making sure everything was running perfectly fine in the apartment as well.
