Portalia is my favorite restaurant in NYC! Antonio and Ana are amazing, the ambience is incredible, and the food is 🏾. Portalia is a great place to go after work, on the weekends, for brunch, or for whatever reason you're going out. I'd give them a million stars if I could! 💛
Delicious food, great atmosphere and costumes service.
Lovely little place. Very quaint. Dinner and service were perfect. If I lived closer I would be there all the time!!
