Horrible place, the staff encouraged bullying and will make u go infront of everyone and “confess” ur wrongs and make the group criticize u. If u want to be degraded and treated like less then human this is the place for u. I honestly really hope this place gets investigated cause the way I was treated was not right.

Lors d'une rencontre d'information, j'ai été temoin des propos inappropriés de la part d'un "intervenant". Il a humilié une femme en mettant en évidence de façon cruelle les symptômes de son alcoolisme, il a aussi demandé à autre jeune femme si elle étais "une petite tanante" de manière très insistante. Je doute que ces intervenants aient la formation requise par le Ministère de la santé en matière d'intervention et de relation d'aide. Car lors des séances de groupe l'ambiance peut devenir violente.
