Very professional company and will answer any questions you have. Lou is very understanding and does her best to explain the system and how it works.
This is a great company to use. Owners are super nice and very knowledgeable. They are very professional and prompt when responding to calls. I would highly recommend using them for all your septic needs.
Buyer beware it is the company portage county health dept steers you towards which high sight shoulda been red flag.. I have had this system 2 years stuck over 3k into it already in repairs already. The owner Lou is notorious for leaving people high and not dry. Anything that happens it's never her fault. If she doesn't like your tone after dropping 30 k on a system she tells ya to get lost oh and by the way she's the only one local that can work on it. This company is terrible very rude and unprofessional they always found something wrong with our septic and blamed it on us would talk poorly about our family that they know nothing about very very very unprofessional we felt scammed were paying way to much for pumps blowers and floats you name it it’s gone bad please don’t use this company
