Their phone system is A NIGHTMARE! You cannot just call whatever department or service provider you’re trying to reach, you have to wait on hold for 5-10 minutes for a switchboard operator to connect you. THEN wait again for said department. The cardiologist I see on Eddy St., Dr. Westerhausen has the worst bedside manner. He treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t know my own body.
