Work at local company, Technographics, and live within walking distance of my job. Very quiet, nice neighbors. Affordable rent with heat included! No complaints about maintenance, apartment does not need it much but when it does they are quick. Have recommended this community to several of my co-workers.
Lived here for 5 years and was happy with my apartment. Heat included and a reasonable price. Nice grounds in back of building. Buildings were kept nice and maintenance was responsive. They had a resident picnic in the summer which was nice.Recently, they fixed up the hallways with new carpet and paint. I had no problems when I was there and was sorry to leave.
My fiancee and I live her with my daughter and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! The floors in the bathroom kitchen and the entry are coming up and they wont repair them. In the summer there were swarms of bees in the yard area that attacked us while we were playing there and they didnt do anything. The lock in the bathroom door is a key only lock and they wont put a normal lock on it because we have a three year old.
