One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely disorganized. Didn’t provide a single service to my 2 year old daughter during her appointment despite being charged. Will not be returning to this office.
The absolute best!! We've been using them for almost 8 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The office is colorful and child oriented. The staff are always fantastic. They answer my questions as well as my child's. They give me great tools & tips, and even with it being out of network the cost is reasonable for us. Extremely over priced. They quit answering the phones well before closing. I tried today at 3:40PM. I was promised a call back while looking for records when I called in earlier today. Getting the runaround. They said there's a bad debt even though I have bank records indicating otherwise. Even leaving this place has been nothing shy of painful. This is just clerical stuff. The worst part was a far from ideal surgery on my daughter that I will not divulge details for fear of retailiation. Yeah. It's that kind of place.
Wonderful experience! My kids love the dentist!
I do not recommend this dentist. We had our initial appointment a month ago and have yet to receive a treatment plan or a follow up call from an outpatient facility as promised. The office does not answer the phone and has been terrible with communication.
