I gave this place a tiny push back and got dismissed over it. I am a mom of four and have been taking my kids to this dentist for over 5 years. I have never had issues with these people doing my kids' teeth and my kids have never had any cavities. My kids have had the same dental hygienist several times in a row now and again no issues; except this past time. We have been patients at this dental office for over 10 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We arrived for our scheduled appointment only to be told that the appointment had been changed because the office hours had changed. Then, during the same conversation, we were told the appointment had actually been canceled due to an outstanding balance. I wish I could leave a good review. However, I have been bringing 3 of my kids here for the last 10 years. My 2 younger ones are biracial and I experienced racial remarks on multiple occasions within the last year. I never had any issues until they got a new owner. Ever since then, the hygienists are not the same. They don’t demonstrate patience with my younger kids.
