I read the previous review after I had services with this company, and they could not have been further from the truth. Last week during the blizzard, I thought no way would anyone show up for my physical therapy appointment. But, at 4:00 sharp my doorbell rings, and my therapist is there with about three inches of snow on her from head to tail. My wife and I had nothing but headaches in hiring Portage Home Health Services and Charlotte Dinkes, the owner, was no picnic either. We tried two different home health aides and both were always late, leaving early and appeared intoxicated. First of all, all they want are your Medicare billable care hours.
