Ridiculous wait time. Insanely unprofessional staff and service.
Friendly and very quick... my family and I love coming here, but please change the hours shown online. Clearly, you're not open on Sat from 8am-12pm because we were just there and not open. There is only a small sign on the door stating that hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. But online it says otherwise.
Went in for MRI. The tech was very nice and put me at ease.
Waiting for labs to be done. Lady sitting by herself at the desk took my name but I didn't get to register with the ladies at the computers and I've been sitting here for 50 minutes and everyone else here came in after me and already left im still waiting. This place is a joke what ever you do don't talk to the lady sitting by herself sign in with the ladies with the computers. Not happy with this place.
First time visiting this facility. Came in for chest xray. Between registration, wait time, and xray. It was less then 30 minutes. Seems to be a very efficient operation.
