When we arrived they said we had a 30 min wait but there were several tables open only to find same tables open when they sat is down. Very irritating.
Love the book now loved the food wonderful service
Great beer brewed in a brewery visible from the dining area. Glacier Brewhouse has a nice "Alaskana" feel to it, but wow.. it seems like it's always busy! I love their seafood chowder, but my favorite thing that they make are their brick oven Thai Chicken pizzas. They call them "personal size" pizzas, but more than likely you'll leave with leftovers or share with someone else. ~~Yum!
The food is not very good in general. Pork ribs are only great item I've had, but skip the hambuger puck-- they'll never learn! And the spent grain bread is a waste of time, and energy to produce muchless eat. Service is often slow due to the busy tourist climate that don't know about the dull and uninspired menu. The brewhouse portion is admittedly good liquid food, just be really choosy on the menu which is stale and uninspired for many years now.
My favorite place in Anchorage. Everything on the menu is good.
