First of all, I believe that BF from Pa. used Portage Floral which is an 800 outfit and not the store located on Willowcreek Rd in Portage Indiana. Portage flower shop on Willowcreek Rd has excellent service & designers AND they do back up their product. They are an excellent floral shop & treat everyone with respect & dignity. I've never had any problems with them & I highly recommend them.
They do beautiful work!! My family has been with them for about 30 years.
I have always used Portage Flowers and have always been very happy. I'm greatful they are so helpful with my daughters wedding and our funerals
I used them to send flowers to my parents at Christmas and was terribly disappointed. The flowers arrived without being in any water and were wilting. I called Portage Flower Shop and explained the situation but they did nothing to correct the situation. I have used them for years but NEVER AGAIN.
