worth the wait! Portage Bay Cafe has the BEST BREAKFAST in town. If there is a line, WAIT! It is worth it. Food is ample and delish! Pricing is okay - but you do get a lot of food for your money.

We love that they have breakfast in the morning (before 9). The menu is delicious. And during quarantine, they remembered that my kid likes only the peaches from the berry bar and packed them up special for us. 💛

Overall, I enjoyed my brunch trip to the 65th street location, however, when the party ordered toast, exactly none of it was toasted. The best word to describe the toast would be, I guess, would be “semi hard.” I’m not one to eschew bread, so I still ate it. But as a warning to everyone else, make sure to ask for the toast to be toasted.

By far the best glut free menu I’ve found. Such great French toast, and the bread is homemade. Would highly recommend. The staff is fast and friendly.
