the family planing clinic felt rushed and added onto the stress, as I was having complications and had to come for help, staff member I was with gave blunt responses and didn’t seem to understand my concerns as I needed options advice and reassurance but each query I had seemed like a burden. (although my options may have been limited having a staff member give more explanation could have eased my worries)
