Ummm... hated it I loved the self tour idea its quicker and love that I can have private conversation about the property HOWEVER hallway stunk the door next to the viewing property seemed like it was kicked in the apartments are smaller which is fine if u like small
Don’t even waste your time. When your year is up your deposit it also up and if you miss a month they will make you pay a security deposit. I pay for pest and still haven’t received services. Maintenance is slow or doesn’t even show unless you pretty much harass the office. There is dog poop everywhere and nobody picks up behind theirs. I could go on but you get the idea.
Leasing office wasn’t too much help to be honest wasn’t very knowledgeable. Didn’t really care.
Here are some of the amazing(ly terrible) things about this complex. - tons of cute mice in your apartment that they wont do anything about - advertised as a non smoking community but everyone smokes cigaretts indoors so your unit will always have a smell - a practically non existent managment staff except for when it comes to emailing you about rent payments every week even if youve never missed a payment - you get hot water about 35% of the time - zero bug/pest control - they will pour liquid chlorine directly into the poo... read more
