While the leasing office is filled with sometimes incompetent and lazy people that offer excuses to everything; the maintenance staff is fairly decent. Let me be clear, not all of them are good. Some spend all day dodging work orders. The maintenance guy with the last name of Jenkins, runs around like a chicken with no head, getting all the work orders complete. I’ve lived in this complex for a little over a year now and any time that I have any problems and can’t get through to the leasing office Ashley Chapman is to the rescue literally. As a Community Experience Specialist she makes me feel like whatever problem I may have is her own and she’s going to help me through it no matter how long it takes.
