New update on apartments I have been having flea infestation for 3 weeks now they're in the first fumigation and I still don't see any good results I don't even have pets to be having fleas, management said it's from the grass and I think management should consider of fumigating the grass around the apartment and side walks where people walk to their apartments because theirs a lot of dog owners around through out the apartments. Management Johanna is bad verbally attacks when u see her about an issue making u the bad tenant instead of resolving problem. Tells ur personal business to other new tenants for instance one tenant told the police "the manager herself has already told me she is the problem she has problems with all the other tenants in the past and calls the police." Instead of resolving the complaint by reviewing the ring cam video this was my bad experience for a simple noise complaint I was threatened and had to have police intervention.

The apartments are nice and the office staff are very nice. The kitchen is very small only 1 person fits there. The master bedroom is big with its own sink and a small walking closet, the 2nd room is medium not very spacious but a queen fits there and maybe one drawer. The living room is big and there have heaters in the rooms and living room. The stove is electric which I didn't like much and didn't know how to get the hang of it. Flooring is the wood lookalike vinyl which was starting to lift up when mopping. Weren't well ... read more
