Tim was really helpful in finding a home for my business.
You have done your client a disservice by letting them use an opinion of value rather than a certified appraisal during the due diligence period on a commercial property. Your poorly advised clients waste months of our time and thousands of dollars, only to try renegotiating a deal at the last minute based of a useless opinion from someone who is not qualified to give an appraisal. Do not waste your time and money using these people as a buyers broker!
4 stars because I haven't actually used them. Site is nice and they have tons of properties. I was just browsing, will update if I use their services.
