Amazing experience. We’re tourists in town for a few days and my 13 year old was sick with suspected strep. With only a few days before an international flight we thought it was best to get her checked. I called first thing in the morning and was given an appointment at 1pm. All the reception staff were so lovely and helpful. The doctor was amazing - taking a lot of time to check my daughter throughly and discuss options based on our pending flight. I wish every medical experience was this positive.
5 star experience from the reception staff to the lovely Dr Sam Kramer. As a new patient I can’t fault the service.
Rude reception, rude incompetent manager with no empathy and extremely long wait times, unprofessional doctors, overpriced and double gouging payments. Would be quicker and better to travel to Cairns and back.
Such lovely staff who are kind, empathetic and professional. The centre is very clean and comfortable.
Ladies on reception were so lovey in helping me get a walk in appointment with the doctor. Only waited 20 minutes (8am) and the doctor was super friendly and helpful. Grateful to be able to get an appointment while visiting. If you need a walk in clinic definitely visit them they were so kind :)
