Ladies on reception were so lovey in helping me get a walk in appointment with the doctor. Only waited 20 minutes (8am) and the doctor was super friendly and helpful. Grateful to be able to get an appointment while visiting. If you need a walk in clinic definitely visit them they were so kind :)

I’ve just started seeing dr Kenneth and he is the best doctor I have seen very thorough and actually cares instead of sending you off with no explanation. Also the reception staff and nurses are super friendly

As a visitor to Port Douglas I was given an appointment on the same day as my inquiry. The reception staff were both courteous & empathetic to my concern for being seen promptly. Communication of the positive results of tests were followed up later by Dr Jackie Reid per a telephone call through reception. I greatly appreciate both the professionalism & care provided me by all staff.
