Yes we’ve been trying to get information on the lot in Caleb pointe in Port Townsend she started off very helpful and then she just went away no help I’ve called her multiple times I’ve tried to text her it sounds like if it’s not a laydown she don’t want to get involved typical poor realtor
Carol is extremely upbeat and funny, but has WAY too many irons in the fire to focus on any one. Our experience with Carol as a seller's agent was HORRIFIC. Never felt that she was on top of anything and her suggestions and recommendations did not seem to be in our best interests. Initially she listed our house @ 100,000 over market value. We did question that before signing but she was adamant that was a good price. Carol is a great real estate professional. As a home inspector I have enjoyed working for her clients and her professionalism make it easy to do my job. In an industry where conflicts are common Carol takes herself out of the equation and allows the inspector to do their job.
