After being misdiagnosed and given the wrong treatment by my primary care nurse practitioner, sent home with no aftercare instructions and charged a BIG fee, I came here. Dr. Reiner treated me, explained everything thoroughly and told me what to do. A week later, I am nearly healed.
Great doctor. Very good and treats every patient with care.
Called to politely inquire about a foot brace. Receptionist said they did not carry. Told her their website said they did. She then said I couldn’t just walk in and buy one when I never said anything about that. She then transferred me to their doctor who hung up on me when I wanted to discuss insurance. Shady people, shady business.
I called last week to make an appointment for my Dad. She told me that they didn't have anything available till September. But I do have a cancelation for Tuesday at 9:00am. Would you like it. I said yes. Gave them my Dads information I take him to his appointment and the dont even have him on the appointment books. . I said why would you tell me this. And I have to come back in September. I said no thank you. On top of everything else they have no wheelchair accessible for someone that is wheelchair bound! Way to go!
Was certain I needed toenail removal, but Dr Reiner and all his knowledge saved my toenails and fixed my problems. He is knowledgeable and completely explains procedures and foot or toenail issues. Excellent bedside manner he is the go to guy for foot ankle and toe problems for sure!! Love this practice. The staff are friendly and make u feel so welcomed. Great place to go if u need help with your feet!!
