Awesome �!!! The People are kind and the Equipment is expensive.
I love the PTAC! The Awesome Les mills classes are my favorite, I prefer Body step(step aerobics), body flow(a mixture of yoga,pilates and thai chi) and body pump(a weight lifting class), all set to music! One of my favorite instructers is Daija Mangutz who is now teaching Step mondays at 4:15! She is super fun and easy to follow! They also offer numerous yoga classes with multiple instructors, so you can find your favorite style. The owner teresa is a bad ass energetic woman who is super fun to learn from as well! Great classes, great location, sauna, dry sauna, tanning bed, awesome equipment in multiple rooms...everything I need to get back in shape!
It's very good place to work out. This gym is wonderful. Everyone is so nice.
It is a great place to work out. Lots of equipment and classes that are offered. The folks that greet you at the front desk are fantastic and always encouraging.
A friendly non judgemental club. Great instructors, super clean changing rooms and up to date equipment. Very friendly staff and no pretentiousness. I have been a member for 2+ years and have lost 40 lbs and feel fabulous. Thank you pt athletic club
