I take my infant here, Dr Schell is her Dr and she’s great at what she does. Professional but very warm and caring. Almost like another grandma to the kids. The office is oddly small with little room to sit or stand. If you want to talk to a person instead of an answering machine you'll have to call early morning. The nurses are very friendly and so far my appointments actually take place during the time appointed. Dr Scheel is an exemplary pediatrician however since she has been on medical leave the quality of care and the quality of customer service in the office has plummeted. I have left three detailed voicemails requesting an appointment with no return phone call. My children have been patients of this office for 17 years fortunately until recently I've never experienced such poor customer service in those 17 years. However the lack of contact or follow up is abysmal and is forcing me to find another pediatrician.

From the beginning to the end it was a great service . Rebecca and Sheryl Timol were perfect! Best service ever! They were very kind and ready to listen and take care of my concerns. Thank you all!
