Rebecca was a very nice PA and Jim made my son feel safe and taken care of. Jim was VERY patient and kind with my son even after he spilled a baggie of ice and water all over. Jim is a kind and caring person and he’s definitely an asset to Medfast!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful and attentive from beginning to end
Wonderful staff. PA was amazing, explained everything thoroughly, wrote it all down for me and took time with me. Will definitely return to this office for future visits.

I can only compare my wonderful experience at Med Fast to my previous experiences in Northern Virginia where you would wait in your car for 3 hours (not exaggerating). I was in and out in less than an hour. Every one I met was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended!!
