I visited the apartment and what I saw was beautiful and very clean well built… seems like a great place to live.
I have a 2 bed 2 bath unit. 1 bathroom toilet doesn't flush. My dishwasher doesn't work. My dryer runs for a few minutes then cut off and won't come back on until it cools down. And I get charged a $30 convenience fee for paying my rent on time. WOW !!!
I have been here since opening and things have gone downhill since Danielle left!!!
I lived in Port Royal 7 years September 2023 a visitor pulled a gun on me for trying to exit the enter gate I was entering she was going the wrong way !!!!
