THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I've been renting apartments for over two decades, and I must say that my experience with Port Property management has been incredibly disappointing. Their incompetence is unparalleled. Once you've moved in, getting any response from them is a Herculean task; emails and phone calls go unanswered, forcing you to invest valuable time in persistent follow-ups. These folks are the worst. I have a major concern about a renovation they are doing on my unit that will effectively leave my family homeless for 3 days at some point that they cant even give me dates for. They will not discuss my issue and I am needing to take them to court to resolve this. Renter beware, Port Property treats their tenants like pons in their game of monopoly. Could not recommend less. If 0 stars that an option this would be their rating from my experience.
Beware of renting through Port Property. They will charge you an extra month’s rent on top of their inflated costs on a technicality. Buyer Beware.
