Maintenance is lacking skilled labor, Joe being the worst
You would think a water leak would be high priority, nah, day 2 of a leaking toilet. Management is no where to be found, no one answers, who knows if they ever will. Walked over to their office and was told good luck they do not have any one working today. You would think they would have someone for emergencies.
