Port Pools by Design installed our pool and we could not have been happier. We had a site with difficult access, it was no problem for Meredith and her team. There quote was in fact more reasonable than others. Pool dig day the Team arrived they hooked in and worked really hard to get the job done quickly and with minimal down time. As a tradie after the pool build, I did a lot of the work around the pool and anytime I rang Meredith for any advice or questions and nothing was a problem. Thank you Port Pools By Design!
We had our pool recently installed (June/July) by port pools by design in port macquarie. The team was professional and nothing phased them when our dig didn't go exactly to plan, they soldiered on (hole kept caving in due to sandy soil). I felt included in the process from start to finnish and they always answered my questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. They did a great job with the concreting and tiling too which completed the look I was going for. We couldn't be happier! Thanks guys and thanks Meredith.
