We chose port pools by design for our new pool because of the reviews . And they did not disappoint. Having never been through the process before it was quite overwhelming at how things went . But not with Meridith and her team . From our very first site meeting , through to the complete process , nothing was a bother. 100% communication, even when I changed my mind on a few things , it wasn’t a problem. From delivery day of our pool to the completion day was almost 5 weeks . Cannot be happier with the end result .
We highly recommend Port Pools By Design. Meredith and her team were very professional and efficient. Our pool was installed a few days before Christmas, and Jarred attended to our pool on Christmas morning to ensure that everything was working fine. We got to enjoy our beautiful pool over the Christmas holidays. Thank you to the team.
I can not praise Jarod and his team highly enough, We had some landscaping done and old stairs replaced, waterline pool tiles replaced, and new pool fence the result was well beyond our expectation the work was largely finishing off what the previous owners started, and thanks to the people at Pools by design it now looks like it always should have.
