I booked the appointment with port Phillip psychology and they told me I might be able to use my international student health cover for the claim and they scheduled my appointment with their best counsellor. When I updated the invoices on Bupa ( Pvt health cover), they told me I have to contact the clinic for some number to get claim done. After that the staff of Post Phillip psychology refuses that you have signed the agreement and our counsellor is not eligible with the pvt health insurance and on good will they are refund... read more
