I made a appointment for my son to have four of his "adult teeth" sealed as a preventative service. I was also provided a proposal at the time of his initial exam for fillings, in his baby teeth, which we had decided not to complete. My plan was to have the sealant completed and drive my son to school for the remainder of the day. I took my son, Fred, to his appointment the morning of 9/11/2017 at 8:00 am. After his appointment was completed and I was prompted for check out and payment I was surprised to find they had completed the fillings along with the requested sealant. I told them I only requested the sealant and not the fillings, I was only asked to pay for the sealants. My son's mouth was completely numb, he was in unexpected pain and he was unable to return to school for the day. I then received a voicemail from them telling me that two of the people in their office heard me say I wanted all of the work done, which simply is/was not the case. I was a little upset so I had Fred's father call them back at which point they tried to argue with him, convince him there was no need for a complaint to be filed and also tell him that I had requested the service, and two people had heard me. I spoke to one person on the phone to make the appointment. I think the entire situation could have been avoided by simply stating at the beginning of the appointment what work was to be completed as well as having me sign the proposal for work to be done. I suppose I should have asked, but I trusted them as a licensed professional.

my son is not a fan of the dentist...any dentist. He will go to this dental practice, headed up by Dr. Yeh, with minimal anxiety and fear. He is always treated with a gentle hand, and is allowed to ease into the appointment. He is always told what will be happening at each appointment, whether it is a cleaning or dental treatment. The dental team treats my son with respect and go at a pace that he is able to endure and that makes him as happy as he can be, in a dental chair. What is even better is that we are able to have all dental treatment completed in this one office, eliminating the fear of a possible referral and more anxiety. Happy son...Happy mom!!!!

So happy with Dr. Yeh and Dr. Stolworthy! I have seen them both and they are fantastic. Very friendly and caring. Their hygienist Brittnie is gentle and knowledgeable.
