The waiting room was clean and nicely furnished. However, the music that was playing was not the kind of music that everyone likes to listen to, it was pretty obnoxious. I was not feeling well so I would have preferred a more calm and quiet atmosphere. I have left two messages for them which they never returned. I am not so sure this is the kind of professional staff that I want to work with. Patients come to doctors because they don't feel well and their needs should be priority. This was the worst doctor by far that my husband and I visited. I would NOT recommend her to anyone I know let alone someone I was just aquainted with. While I was pregnant I came to see her and not only did she have no bed side manner at all but in the middle of my exam she called in a male student to have him "take a look" as well. OF course I was absolutly uncomfortable and upset after seeing her an dI complained t the staff and office manager who all apologized to me repeatedly and agreed that what she did was not right.... read more

The Dr insist that she did procedures on me that she did not do adn she said she prescribed medication to me that she did not. I went in with one problem and after having her treat me I have many problems now.
Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
