My husband and I bought this platter for our two kids birthday party. The employees burnt the bread so much my finger could just crush/cave it in, the salami was brown and old, the side of veggies were really old too and im pissed off that the owner "AJ" at the lemmon valley location in Reno NV didn't do anything to make it right or replace it or ANYTHING... We spent 40 something dollars on a platter of CRAP that everyone at the party got sick off of. This place is a load of crap. I like the one in Stead.

It's a great atmosphere and the staff enjoy what they do.
Every table was filthy, and had multiple opportunities to clean them. The people behind he counter were rude and snippy, and there was almost no meat on the sandwiches. My son found multiple bugs on the ground. I will never come back to this one again. I will drive to town to get a sandwich over coming to this one.
