Sandra and the team were fantastic. They were busy but still or order came out quick and correct
I went into this location and wanted to order my usual sandwhich. I then realized as my sandwhich was being made I pointed out to the employee Sandra that she started to make the incorrect sandwhich as to what I wanted I was told that I was wrong, I then tried to explain that I didn’t order that sandwhich but it wasn’t until another employee came over and offered to make the correct sandwhich.
So I went to Port of subs to order my usual sandwich. They lady seemed very put out me asking for my sandwich to be grilled. Then I looked down and saw this large pan of brown lettuce. I took 2 bites and tossed it .There has been a shift at this location. Not a good one. I love Port Sub. Always great service. Will just go to Hualapai location.
As good as other sandwich shops.
The sandwich was decent (a standard turkey on white) The process however was excruciating. I was in line for over 30 minutes. There were only a few people ahead of me too. I'm not really sure what was going on, because it looked like the staff was moving at a full sprint but going nowhere fast. Oh. And the credit card machine is barely functional. Apparently a known issue.
