I’ve never had bad customer service at Port of Subs but this is the first time I ever had bad customer service. And one of the employees was not even wearing their badge. I hope customer service improves in this location or else I will be taking my money somewhere else.
Jelani exemplifies excellent customer service. I’ve been meaning to leave this comment for a while.. thank you for what you do and know it doesn’t go unnoticed. Get this man in a mentor program and make him a regional manager or something. He clearly has great work ethic and cares about his job. This is such a rare quality.
Every time I have gotten a sandwich from here it is very good, way better than Subway and the service is good a bunch of quality young folks working there.
