Jen was amazing! She had the best customer service and I had the best talk with her. Her attitude and customer service was the best I’ve had for any port of subs. Will definitely be going back
The lady was super passive aggressive and very hostel but then nice it was very uncomfortable feeling, didn’t get her name I didn’t really care to after the treatment. The food is always amazing tho! I usually don’t complain like this but this lady got me on the wrong night I guess.
The manager Jen was so nice, helpful and had a great attitude . I Will definitely be coming back.
The girl who helped me around 6:30 pm 12/12 was so rude and weird. I asked for a small sandwich and she said “a small is the size of my hand.” Suggesting I get something bigger. She seemed annoyed that I asked for a small sandwich. She stared blankly at my boyfriend when he asked for his sandwich like she short circuited and then just said “okay” in a nonchalant tone. She made the atmosphere really awkward and she worked at a snails pace, not seeming to care about anything.
Great customer service will be back good job
