The older lady is the rudest employee I have ever seen. You have to order your food in between her yelling at door dashers, the customers and the other employees. She made the whole experience terrible.
Although the place was clean and nice, the food wasn't worth the price. I should have gone to Subway.
I placed an order for three different 2 foot subs for a company event for my boss to pick up. Placed the order online in the morning, more than two hours before we needed to get it. She arrives there, heads over to the online pickup counter, only to not be helped for more than 10 minutes. She finally had to asked if they weren’t helping people in the online line. He asked if she had placed an order, she explained we did, and his response was “okay I’ll get started on those now” only to go back to helping other customers??? M... read more
Cane in, the girl never addressed us. She was wiping down counter , but she didn’t acknowledged us standing behind her! So we said hello, didn’t know if you seen us come in! She said yes she did, but finished cleaning, then went and got another lady to help us! We ordered club, but they out of turkey and provolone cheese! The girl who didn’t acknowledge us did veggies! We asked for light lettuce, she piled it on! It wasn’t a pleasant experience!
