Never adequately staffed. Management refuses to come in and work when staff doesn't show up, she tells the working employee to deal with it. She leaves male staff working alone with residents who are "no male assist" and tells the employee that the resident will just have to sit should until someone decides to come into work or they will just have to "deal with it" and accept the make assist. She does but care about her employees, their safety, the residents or their safety, only herself.
