Used this bridge on Sep 5th and paid online but received bill from mail on Oct 14th in Colorado. I tried call many time want to clear it but the phone number doesn’t work,so I emailed them with the bill and my bank statement. This is right before my oversea trip, a little headache to deal with.

Unfortunately I will not be going back to Hood River as long as these are their gatekeepers. I received my bill by mail 12 days past the due date, so of course it had late charges that were not due to any faults of mine. I emailed them and gave them the opportunity to make right by the mistake and they did not, saying the late fee cannot be waived. It's theft.

They charge you a toll both ways unbeknownst to you. Hopefully you receive a bill in the mail, if not, like what happened to us, (although they show that they mailed one,) you will receive a late fee notice after 21 days that is 4 times the amount of the actual toll amount. So a $7.00 toll becomes $32! This is just another greedy grab by Oregon’s Govenor Koteck no doubt! Oh but you can just creat an account and get it reduced to $20, email them that you created an account and they will credit your “new” account l! What a sca... read more
