The worst patient experience ever! I came to this place to see a 'Doctor'! I have long covid, and other health issues. Someone decided that I did not 'need' to see a Doctor! What the hell are people supposed to do to get in and see a Doctor???? Apparently you can't go to emerg and get checked by a Doctor unkess you're half dead!!! Terrible people/customer service!!! As per someone’s recommendation in the reviews, I called the clinic first instead of directly going there at 9:00am. A nurse called me within 10 minutes and gave an appointment time to see the doctor at 10:15am. I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes. It was a seamless experience and the nurse and the doctor were wonderful. They provided great care and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Worst care center I visited. Lots of mismanagement and everyone gives contradictory information. We came Oct 6 at 9:00 AM. Waited over an hr to get called for a nurse to check our patient. She was not very cooperative and wanted to send us back to family doctors. When I insisted and mentioned we have previously visited urgent care due to such sudden illnesses, she was rude but got us an appointment for 1PM. It was quite a bit of a wait, however the nurse practitioner was very thorough. The place is very nice and spotless clean. Modern and seats are fairly comfortable. I saw nurse practitioner Yu Yuwa Wu I really liked her. She has referred me for an X-ray at either hospital or Medray.
