They are organize. I was in pain today so i called the clinic, told them my current situation, after that, they called me right away and assesed me over the phone. After the assesment throughout the phone, they told me to come into the clinic, and i was able to be seen right away. I mean, It would always depends on your current situation but one thing for sure, you will never be ignored. I have been going here whenever I need an urgent care and they never fail. The nurse was very kind and friendly, and Dr Ross was very patient, caring and thorough. I wish she could be my go to doctor!
I did what one of the other ladies on the reviews, said she had done, which was call the nurse practitioner, and a 15 minute call later I was scheduled an appointment promptly for the same day. Thank you so much.Your services are very much appreciated
Pretty disappointed with my experience today. Took my son to the ER Sunday night for an incident that required a stitch near his eye. Next day I call urgent care to see if they could remove it the following weekend, they said yes you can call us the day of and we can get you in. I call and send a picture of literally one stitch off to the side of his eye and the response is they can’t do it now. How is this urgent care ?
