I haven’t even had my first appointment yet but receptionist Suzanne has gone above and beyond for me. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. You can tell she really cares about the mamas coming to the office!
I had thought at the time my experience was good…but a few years later I’m rethinking things. My oldest was born growth restricted and tiny. This was something that was missed until she was born. I was also taking beta blockers at the time. I’m learning now that beta blockers are known to cause low birth weight, and the protocol is to do extra growth scans to make sure the baby is growing properly. I always arrive on time for my appointments, yet the wait times are consistently long—often between 30 minutes to over an hour—because the clinic frequently runs behind schedule.
