This is the first clinic where I was charged for the annual eye exam for my kids. I specifically asked what is a charge for, but was assured that it is normal. Coquitlam Eye, optometrist at Costco in PoCo never charged me for annual checks. Also wasn’t offered a copy of receipt and paperwork and finally after ask got these with some errors and typos. Do not recommend..
