These are some solid dudes. Great service and great prices.
Came in for an assessment on my car. Went inside and booked with the man at the front desk. Instead of entering my details into a computer it was hand written on a notepad but my appointment was scheduled. Called two weeks prior to ask for a copy of the invoice to compare and they didn’t have my appointment. The same man I spoke with in person said he would call me back and never did. I waited 1.5 months and wasted my time for nothing. Very unorganized.
Brought my mustang in for my bumper to be repainted as the job I did myself was less than quality hahah, had a chuckle about that. I got a few quotes and decided on Port Moody collision and paint, and boy was it the right choice ! They gave me a more than fair quote, and a good timeline. Sukh and Alfredo were great! They saw me the same day I called for a quote. They got me in the next day and I was driving again in a week. They offered me a courtesy car or a ride home, they really went above and beyond - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. My husband has already booked his car in to touch up his paint. We had a big scratch on our vehicle repaired last month and the result of the repair was amazing. While other body repair shops that we visited would quote us 3 times as much and requiring extensive work because of the location of the scratches, Alfredo’s team was able to do the repairs at a reasonable cost.
