TL;DR : Price was a bit out of budget but fair considering the repairs needed. Sourced parts and did work myself. Paid for the Diag and Re-gas. Also dropped off my car back home! All works well! Trusted and Respected Company. Brought an old 2002 Accord in for AC Diagnostic and Refill. They recommended I get certain parts fixed first before I get it gassed up as it leaked out completely before hand. Was recommended this place and I'm very happy with the service they provided. The service was quick, professional and done right. They communicated every step of the way and were very accommodating. Kasra made sure my vehicle was in top shape before my trip. They fixed my AC that's been broken for a while and did not try to recommend services I didn't need. Very happy with my experience. Definitely recommend this place!
I was referred to Port Moody Auto and Air for an air conditioning issue. When I first arrived, the staff were pleasant and even offered me a bottle of water. Unfortunately, that initial good impression didn’t last. The first red flag came when they explained that their diagnostic fee would include the cost of refrigerant, but they’d refund that amount if I had the repair done there. This service is absolutely spectacular! 11/10 service, Tara at the front desk was so informitive and made me feel so confident to bring my car in for repair, as a busy working woman, this shop offered me a door to door service! I've never heard of this before, and they picked up my car and returned it to my home free of charge! My ac is blowing cold, and my suspension has never felt better.
