This was my first visit to this shop. My A/C was not blowing cold, so I went in at 2:00, was greeted by two friendly young ladies at the counter. I asked how long, the one told me it would go in right away and be about an hour. Very accurate timing on both. The office and the shop were both clean and tidying which tells me that this business is well run. I would highly recommend this shop. I brought in my daughters car to get the AIR CONDITIONING fixed. The process was very easy and they were very straightforward with the whole thing. Daniela working the front desk was very helpful despite being in training. Paolo was very nice and answered all questions i had. As well as the manager Kasra, he was very helpful and broke down the whole process for me. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back if i have any other repairs that need to be dealt with. Thank you so much.

I brought my girlfriend car in for a a/c problem. They had it fix fast and very affordable. Also the people were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely use them again in the future!

My first experience with Port Moody Auto & Air was excellent. Daniella was very friendly and efficient when I booked my appointment, even though she said she was in training, you’d never know. Steve was straight-forward and honest when communicating the necessary repairs. Kasra went above and beyond to help me out with costs, I very much appreciated his compassion and generosity. Also a special shout out to Carl who walked me over to locate my courtesy car. Thank you all!

Steve and Kasra helped me out with my vehicle. Paolo the air conditioning specialist in the shop, is an expert in his craft and has been in the business for decades. I had another shop do an AC recharge for me and when it leaked out everywhere they wanted to fix one part and charge me another full Recharge fee and then see of there is another leak but Port Moody Auto and Air doesn't do that they diagnose the issue and give you a 90 warranty on the AC Gas.
