After much struggling to diagnose a coolant loss, on my own, and at other shops, I found Port Moody Auto and Air. They got me in quick, provided a loaner vehicle while mine was in their care, and had the problem located and estimate ready before I even made it home. The job was done the next day, and even came in $400 under the estimate. The issue returned the day after I picked it up. One call to them arranged for me to bring it back for a double check. I didn’t want to leave a review , but this experience left me no choice. I brought my 2016 vehicle in for repairs, and what followed was nothing short of a frustrating, drawn-out waste of time and money. I was asked to bring my car in nine separate times yes, nine only to be told after all that effort that they couldn’t fix it. Each visit came with vague reassurances that the issue was “progressing,” yet absolutely nothing was resolved.
