If I could put zero I would. Came for travel vaccination. After on the phone, the receptionist told me is consultation of $160, they try to charge me $185. Saying is for a long consultation, however on the phone, she told me is 30 Min which that's the time it was. At the reception, they charged me $600!!! For Vaccinations. My partner went separately, they charged him $185+they told him that he needs to pay $1400 for Vaccinations!!!!! Then the doctor said that he made a mistake, and it's $900. What a BULSHIT. Expensive & poorly run medical centre. Been here several times over the years and had several incidents where I was either misdiagnosed, not followed up with or just treated like I was an inconvenience. My most recent visit was the last straw for me. I found Nicholas Rhodes to be dismissive, disingenuous and less than helpful. He talked down to me and I find this extremely unprofessional. Port Melbourne Medical is a fantastic professional local medical practice. They offer great Doctors and Nurses with a very holistic approach, bookings are easy, and because of the amount of medical staff, you are always seen promptly and with genuine care. Highly recommended!
