Expensive & poorly run medical centre. Been here several times over the years and had several incidents where I was either misdiagnosed, not followed up with or just treated like I was an inconvenience. My most recent visit was the last straw for me. I found Nicholas Rhodes to be dismissive, disingenuous and less than helpful. He talked down to me and I find this extremely unprofessional. Great service which u can't beat
Port Melbourne Medical is a fantastic professional local medical practice. They offer great Doctors and Nurses with a very holistic approach, bookings are easy, and because of the amount of medical staff, you are always seen promptly and with genuine care. Highly recommended!
Quick & easy vaccination. Very friendly & professional with great location. Booked conveniently online. Got a call to push back the appointment due to an emergency. Very much appreciated the call, showing respect for my time & effort.
Rebut on your rebut. $30 on top of the $90 out of pocket cost = $120, plus the ADDITIONAL $120 (as explained by your receptionist after I had already booked via the app) out of pocket as a public holiday surcharge so TOTAL out pocket is $240 for me to come in and get a referral for an MRI.
