The reception staff were absolutely amazing, Dr. Jefferies was horrific. He called a 19-year-old girl fat instead of the correct terminology on several occasions while reading her results. When she laid out a suggestion for what her ideal would wait would be. He laughed in at her . Instead of explaining to her that weight loss would help and giving her guidance on how to reduce her issue . This is the worst practice I have ever had anything to do with. Receptionist was the most unfriendly, non helpful woman I have encountered for a long time. She was so rude I had to use my matter of fact voice and was accused of yelling. I ascertained this privileged THING had never been yelled at in her life. Then she put her full god complex into action and said she had the power to stop me seeing Dr Williams. Never again for me. I was warned about this place and didn’t take heed. Found Dr. Williams and his staff to be polite and very friendly Especially Biannca, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease . Very happy with the service I received.
