Hospital is great. Receptionist was horrible on the phone, curt and rude. Called another time and was met with a lovely lady on the other end. Unfortunate how one rude employee can really sour the experience, especially with the amount of money this operation costs. Edited. I had to add more stars after the operation because they did a brilliant job. Lovely people, great work

The nurses I would give 5 stars too perhaps if they could learn to be quiet. People are trying to rest after surgery and the noise is atrocious. The physio department get 3 stars as not telling people the rules re the hydro pool and then punishing paying clients by taking away the hydro pool for disobeying a rule they never knew about is extremely childish and not in my best interests of the patient at all. Cannot say I am keen to return ever. The complaints process is useless as all they do is cover their own backside. Anyw... read more

Nursing, physio & rehab staff amazing. I had a hip replacement done by Dr Baker, consultant to the private hospital & while the staff were great, Dr Baker was the absolute worst. Unable to complete rehab program due to uncontrolled pain, even now, 10 months later, it's worse than before the surgery. Dr Baker didn't care at all, lacks empathy, understanding & has no ability to problem shoot. All treatment under his so called care was sub standard & dismissive.
