I recently had Radical Robotic Prostrate surgery at PM private hospital From the initial check in, to discharge I was so impressed with the kind, compassionate treatment I received from all the staff and doctors which made my stay a lot less stressful than I thought it would be A special thanks to the nurses who do such an amazing job Keep up the good work Philip
Just moved to PM, and am booked in for a procedure early August. So lovely to see all the positive reviews and know I will be in good hands. Just one thing…my first ever interaction was with your reception staff to hand in my paperwork. I felt like I was intruding and the greeting was, at best, curt. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Got a smile eventually but it was hard work..no big deal but I was expecting a different experience.
Had a simple procedure the other day, and could not have been more impressed with hospital staff. Very competent, pleasant and helpful.

Good experience! Efficient, professional, kind, caring, thoughtful and respectful from admission/receptionstaff to doctors & nurses. Grateful to gastroenterlogist Dr Stuart Kostalis for doing a colonoscopy & endoscopy at such short notice but making time after with me to kindly and patiently discuss the procedure. Also grateful to my anaesthetist Dr Krishmore Sanghi who was very caring & responsive, minimizing my pain & discomfort with a tailored approach to anaesthetic & good advice post procedure.
