After getting in contact with Port Plumbing and had a staff member come out and look at my hot water service and was advised that it was going to cost me $1,850 for a new HWS - called a different company and was charged $1,050 just to change the element and thermostat which was all that needed replacing. Owner then called me back re the above job and I advised that I had gone elsewhere and what I was charge and thence proceeded to verbally abuse me - not a very good look for a professional plumbing service.
