So here I am at the Emergency Department., after many phone calls I presented myself at the Emergency Department today with incredibly low Iron levels, from December “180” to February “20”, whatever this means. I can’t find the words to explain just how incredibly bad to say the least I have felt over the last few days. Calls made to many Medical Outlets for an Iron Infusion (past history)had put me on waiting lists up to 6 weeks. After advice from my Heamatoligist rooms I headed to the ED. Fairly decent emergency department. Took a few hours to be seen for suspected broken hand. Staff were nice and efficient. Would I recommend the emergency department? Yes and no depending on the severity of the issue.

Have been a patient up here a heap of times, but of late I've found the base a safe, quiet spot to come to grab a takeaway coffee, love the service despite not being a patient

I went to the Emergency department this morning (Sunday) after experiencing chest pains. The staff from the triage nurse, to the cardiac doctor, radiologist, admin and the Emergency doctor were first class. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to my problem and the outcome, very professional and friendly
